Alejandra Atalah is a Chilean cultural scientist, curator, and cultural producer based in Berlin. She studied Cultural Studies and Educational Sciences at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and specialised in Cultural Funding and Curatorial Studies at the Universität der Künste Berlin.
Her practice brings together curatorial work, research, and cultural production, with a particular interest in migration, identity, transnationalism, and decolonial and intersectional perspectives. She has developed projects and exhibitions in Europe connecting artistic practices with interdisciplinary research and processes of cultural exchange.
For Miradas a Chile / Sichtweisen auf Chile , curated with Puente Berlin, her approach understands landscape not simply as what exists before our eyes, but as something continuously produced through histories of representation, perception, and territorial organisation.
