Alice Brunello Luise works in mixed-media collage, reclaiming the body as a site of radical honesty and resilience. Her series Shapes of My Heart maps the intersection between physical suffering and political resistance, challenging the perception of illness as weakness.
She showed Shapes of My Heart in the collective exhibition Territorial Bodies at Bardo Projektraum in spring 2025, and led the workshop Collage as a Tool for Exploration in its public programme.
